Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your online or phone purchase, please contact us by phone +41223120084 or by email jillwolfjewels@bluewin.ch to make arrangements.
We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be noted on the Return Form included in the original shipment. We will not take into consideration any exchanges or reimbursement without an RAN.
You may return or exchange your online directly at our boutique for merchandise credit only.
No refunds will be issued online or by phone.
Please note that we may only accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unworn and in pristine condition, accompanied by proof of purchase and the tag still on the item.
Items that have been engraved, personalized, special order, and made-to-order creations cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Bracelets, rings, or earrings that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links, findings as in the original delivery package.
You may return or exchange your new and unused item, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them.
Jill Wolf Jewels will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
