Yannis Sergakis was born and raised in the south of Athens by the sea, in a prominent Greek diamond trading family. His fascination with precious stones began in childhood, watching his uncles in their showroom.
After studying gemology and jewelry design at the Gemological Institute of America, Yannis joined the family business; before long he was irresistibly drawn to designing his own creations.
Yannis unveiled his signature line in 2014, quickly earning a reputation for excellence in craft and design. His jewelry exudes refinement and the brilliance of carefully selected and assembled diamonds. Combinations of colors, such as yellow gold and black rhodium, bring a modern edge to timeless elegance. Yannis was the 2016 recipient of the “Couture” design award for his “Charniere” collection which we carry.
